Parikia

Parikia is the main town on Paros in the Aegean Sea. While Paros is known for its beaches and general Greek island scenery, Parikia itself is not a primary diving hub and there are few, if any, local dive operations within the city. Access to scuba diving typically comes from boat-based trips to nearby reefs and walls around Paros and neighboring Cyclades islands, with reliable warm Mediterranean conditions in season. For divers, the attraction here is island access, lodging, and day-trip options from a central coastal town rather than on-site dive centers. Freshwater options are not relevant to the city, and the coastal environment centers on tourism and ferry access rather than a dedicated dive scene.
