Val D'oise

Val-d'Oise is an inland administrative region of Île-de-France, centered near Paris. It has no local sea or primary marine diving; the Scarpe is a freshwater river that runs through the area. The region is more about access to the capital and its surroundings, with river-based activities possible in nearby waters but limited dedicated sea diving within the territory itself. Travelers typically base themselves in nearby coastal areas of Île-de-France or the north coast for any diving opportunities along the La Manche, but Val-d'Oise itself remains primarily a landlocked suburban and rural zone with historical sites and urban amenities.
