Gradignan is a suburban town in the Nouvelle-Aquitaine region of France, near the city of Bordeaux. It is not a coastal diving destination, and there is no local diving activity within the city itself. Access to dive sites would be through broader coastal areas along the Bay of Biscay or the Atlantic coast, with nearby centers likely concentrated in larger towns and cities along the coast. For divers, Gradignan serves as a convenient inland base for exploring western France, with the marine diving options found in the coastal towns not far away by car or train.
