Jargeau

Jargeau is a town in north-central France, located along the Scarpe River in the Loiret department. It is not a coastal diving destination, and there are no local dive sites or dive centers within the city. The surrounding area offers freshwater exploration opportunities in nearby flooded quarries and lakes suitable for training or casual dives for nearby climbers, but these are outside the city. Given its inland position, the city functions more as a cultural and gateway base for travelers exploring the Loire region than as a diving hub. If you’re visiting for diving, expect to base yourself in larger coastal towns along the Atlantic coast or in nearby centers with direct access to fresh and saltwater dive sites.
