Cordova

Cordova is a coastal barangay on Mactan Island near Cebu City, in the Philippines. Scuba diving here is mainly about easy access to Cebu’s marine areas, including muck and reef patches around the island chain and day-trip dive options on nearby sites. Saltwater conditions are typically tropical, with visibility that can vary by season and tide, and water temperatures generally warm year-round. Expect a mix of reef fish and, depending on the site, larger wildlife such as turtles and occasional pelagics. For most divers, Cordova works best as a gateway to wider Cebu diving rather than a destination where every dive is done directly from the town itself.
