Scharendijke

Scharendijke is a coastal town in the southwestern Netherlands, near the North Sea. It’s not a major diving hub, but the Zeeland region offers local access to coastal dives along the North Sea and nearby freshwater opportunities in Veerse Meer. With a range of small dive centers and access to nearby reef-like structures and sandy bottoms, divers often use Scharendijke as a gateway for day trips to coastal sites and for training in calmer inland waters when weather is unfavorable for sea diving.
