Mandhoo is a small island village in the South Ari Atoll of the Maldives. While the Maldives are famed for their abundance of dive centers and iconic atolls, Mandhoo itself is more of a gateway and local community hub rather than a major dive center town. Visitors typically base themselves on nearby house reefs and use the atoll's wide range of dive sites accessible by boat from larger nearby hubs. Expect warm, tropical visibility and a calm lagoon environment; its underwater offerings are better accessed via day trips to surrounding sites rather than deep, resident dive infrastructure.
