Arnemuiden
Zilveren Schor
Zilveren Schor is a shallow, easy-access local dive site near Zanddijk, Arnemuiden and Geersdijk in the southwest Netherlands. It features a sandy, gently sloping seabed with scattered patches of eelgrass and occasional weed growth. Depths are modest, making it suitable for beginners and training dives when conditions permit. Look for small demersal fish, wrasse and gobies, with occasional shelled molluscs along the seabed. Access from calm coastal waters, with gentle entry and exit from the shore or small piers nearby. Visibility can vary with tides and weather, so plan dives for stable conditions and moderate current. This site serves well for practice, buoyancy control, and short shallow exploration of Dutch coastal life.
