Salang Jetty

Salang Jetty is a local shore dive site near Tioman. Access is easy from the jetty, with relatively shallow depths and clear conditions typical of the area. Dives often explore the sheltered backreef and pilings where small reef fish, crabs, shrimps, and species typical of tropical Malaysian waters may be seen. This site is suitable for beginners or for training dives when conditions permit, and is commonly used for drift and macro themed sessions closer to the jetty.
