Sa Bauma (Illa De Tossa)

Sa Bauma, also known as Illa de Tossa, is a rocky coastal site off Tossa de Mar. The dive typically features a shallow to mid-depth wall and rocky reef formations with clear coastal waters. Entry is from the shoreline or boat, with conditions suitable for experienced and intermediate divers depending on wind and surge. Expect Mediterranean fauna common to the Catalan coast, such as groupers, moray eels, breams, and a variety of wrasses and damselfish, along with posidonia meadows nearby. The site’s proximity to towns like Tossa de Mar, Santa Maria de Llorell and Lloret de Mar makes for easy access from local dive centers.
