Paraiso Reef

Paraiso Reef is a shallow, accessible reef dive site offering pleasant conditions for both beginners and experienced divers. Located close to Caleta, with quick access from nearby hotels and beaches, the reef features a tapestry of hard corals, small overhangs, and gentle drop-offs. Visibility is typically fair to good, and currents are usually mild, making it suitable for relaxed open-water dives and basic buoyancy work. You’ll commonly encounter a variety of reef fish, parrotfish, wrasses, and occasional sightings of larger groupers or snappers around the structure. Access is straightforward from the shore, with entry from the beach or a short boat hop depending on conditions. This site is well suited for daytime diving and standard reef dives in calm seas.
