Depths commonly range from shallow to around small wall sections, with varying visibility depending on weather and plankton blooms. Expect healthy coral growth, a mix of soft and hard corals, and typical Maldives reef inhabitants such as reef fish, parrotfish, snappers, triggerfish, and occasional reef sharks in the area. The site is suitable for beginner to intermediate divers, and current conditions can vary with tides. Access is straightforward from local guesthouses and dive centers around Dhigurah and nearby Dhangethi. Nearby channels and sand flats attract schooling fish and occasional manta or eagle rays further offshore are possible during may be seasonal. Always dive with a certified guide and respect reef boundaries to minimize contact with delicate areas.
