Caló d'en Monjo is a shallow coastal site in a sheltered bay, often accessed from nearby towns on Mallorca. The site features a gently sloping sandy bottom with patches of seagrass and moderate underwater visibility typical of Mediterranean coves. Entry is easy from a shore or small boat, with a relaxed profile and calm conditions most days. Marine life commonly includes wrasses, damselfish, parrotfish and occasional octopus among the seagrass beds, with clear water and a revealing view of the rocky substrate as depth remains shallow. This site is suitable for beginners and for practice dives near Cala Fornells and the Port d'Andratx area, with easy logistics and straightforward navigation.
