Cala Marmassen

Cala Marmassen is a small sheltered dive site on Mallorca’s southwestern coast. Access is straightforward from Port d'Andratx, with shallow, calm conditions typical of calm bays. The site features a rocky bottom and clear Mediterranean water, making it suitable for beginners and those who prefer relaxed dives. Expect a shallow profile with gentle walls and scattered patches of seabed cover, where common Western Mediterranean species such as groupers, parrotfish, wrasse, octopus, and small reef fauna may be observed around rocky outcrops and algaes. Conditions are generally best in calm weather with light currents, and visibility is often good for easy exploration near the shore.
