Boue Du

Boue Du is a local dive site near Plougastel-Daoulas in Brittany. Access is straightforward from coastal towns, with shallow to moderate depths typical of calm rocky bottom and sediment patches. The site offers a sheltered environment suitable for training dives or short exploratory trips, especially in calm conditions. Expect mixed habitats along a sloping seabed, including coarse sand, scattered rocks, and episodic weed growth. Common Western European reef inhabitants such as small wrasse, blennies, gobies, and occasionally crabs and lobsters may be encountered around rocky outcrops. Visibility can vary with tides and weather, and currents are generally mild at typical dive depths.
