Kempele

Kempele is a small town in northern Finland, near Oulu. The area is not a major diving hub. Nearby access to the Gulf of Bothnia is possible for coastal diving trips, but there are very few local dive centers and the city itself is not known for active dive sites. If you’re planning diving, look to the coastal areas along the Gulf of Bothnia or freshwater quarry sites further afield in Finland. Overall, Kempele offers convenient access to northern Finland’s seaside routes and regional amenities, but diving options are limited and typically require travel to nearby coastal towns.
