Sec à Balou

Sec à Balou is a local coastal dive site near Saint-Jean-de-Luz in the Basque coast. It lies within easy reach for day trips from nearby towns such as Saint-Jean-de-Luz, Ciboure and Iratzea. The site offers shallow to moderate depths suitable for recreational divers exploring rocky seabeds, small caves, and patches of seabed cover. Expect typical Atlantic-marine habitats with common species of the southwestern French coast, including wrasses, gobies, blennies, Seine lobsters and conger eels in rocky crevices.
