Sandingan House Reef

Sandingan House Reef is a shallow reef dive site suitable for beginner to intermediate divers. Located near the coastal area, the site features a gently sloping sandy base with healthy coral outcrops and swim-throughs among scattered bommies. Expect mild currents, clear water typical of nearshore reefs, and good chances to see common Western Pacific reef creatures such as small reef fish, parrotfish, damselfish, and occasional crinoids or urchins. Access is convenient from nearby towns, making it a simple option for a half- to full-day dive. The site is best explored with a relaxed ascent and careful buoyancy control to protect the benthic habitat.
