Paramount

Paramount is a local dive site near the towns of Protaras, Ayia Napa, and Paralimni on the eastern coast of Cyprus. The area offers sheltered, shallow reefs and rocky blocks typical of the region, with easy access and straightforward entry from the shoreline. Dive conditions are generally calm in good weather, with modest water clarity and typical Mediterranean biodiversity such as damselfish, wrasse, and eels around rocky outcrops and seagrass meadows. This site is suitable for Recreational divers and for practicing skills close to shore; it is not a deep or technical site. Access is convenient for visitors based in the Protaras–Ayia Napa corridor.
