Molo Sopot is a coastal site near Sopot, Poland. The dive focuses on the pier structure that extends into shallow Baltic waters, offering sheltered conditions, mild currents, and easy access for beginners. Expect sandy to rocky bottom with typical temperate Baltic fauna such as wrasse, gobies, blennies, crabs, and small schoolings of pelagic fish in season. Depths are shallow and gradually deepen toward the pilings, making it suitable for training dives and introductory reef-like exploration around the pilings. Access from the shoreline is straightforward, and shore entry is common when weather permits. The area is commonly used by local dive centers operating from Sopot and nearby Gdynia, with divers often pairing a pier dive with a beach entry and drift along the sheltered pilings under calm conditions.
