Love Cave Ljubavna Spilja

Love Cave - Ljubavna spilja is a coastal dive site near Grad Cres, Punat, and Krk. The site features a sheltered cave system with a shallow entrance and a vaulted chamber that opens to clearer, deeper water. Divers typically enter from a small beach or shoreline access and explore the cave’s interior passages and swim-throughs. Conditions are generally calm, with moderate visibility and a gentle current typical of protected Adriatic coastal sites. The area hosts common Adriatic fauna such as damselfish, sparid groupers, account of sea bream, octopus, and schooling fishes, with the cave walls offering shelter for smaller species. The site is suitable for recreational divers with basic cave awareness and buoyancy control. Access is easy from nearby towns, within a short drive from Grad Cres, Punat or Krk town centers, and can be combined with other local dive sites in the Primorje-Gorski Kotar region.
