Liscia

Liscia is a local dive site near Portofino in the Ligurian Sea. Accessible in a short boat ride, it typically features a sloping rocky bottom with patches of sandy seabed and interesting rock outcrops. The site’s depth generally remains shallow to moderate, making it suitable for recreational divers with basic skills. Underwater structure hosts a variety of Mediterranean life, including groupers, wrasses, octopus, and occasionally moray eels, with seagrass beds in the shallower areas contributing to the habitat. Currents are usually light, and visibility depends on seasonal conditions. Access from Portofino or nearby coastal towns is straightforward, and the area is commonly explored as part of mixed guided trips along the Ligurian coast.
