Koko Craters

Koko Craters is a coastal dive site on Oahu, Hawaii, known for its lava-formed structure and clear, warm Pacific waters. The site features a sloping manta-like lava reef with several swim-throughs and ledges that attract a variety of tropical reef life. Conditions are typically calm in sheltered zones, with visibility commonly ranging from moderate to good. Entry is usually from the rocky shore or via a reef edifice accessible from nearby beaches. Expect typical Hawaiian reef species such as operator-frequented damselfish, wrasses, surgeonfishes, and occasional larger species along the outer edges.
