Kent’s Caves

Kent’s Caves is a shallow, sheltered dive site near George Town and West Bay. The area features rocky ledges and a network of small crevices that create varied swim-throughs and gentle slopes suitable for beginner and recreational divers. Typical conditions are calm with mild currents and good visibility on clear days. Expect Mediterranean-style tropical marine life common to Cayman waters, including damselfish, angelfish, parrotfish, lobsters, and occasional rays in the vicinity of the rocky habitat. Access is straightforward from shore or a short boat ride, with entry usually from calm, sandy patches surrounding the reef structures. The site is close to George Town and within easy reach of local dive centers for equipment rental and guided dives.
