Kaliva

Kaliva is a coastal dive site near Protaras on the southeast coast of Cyprus. The site is typically accessed from nearby shore or a small boat and offers shallow to moderate depths with primarily sandy and rocky bottoms. Visibility is generally fair to good, and the site is commonly chosen for training dives and for divers building buoyancy and finning skills close to the coast. Expect Mediterranean marine life such as varied small reef fish, bream, wrasse, and octopus around rocky outcrops and patches of posidonia seagrass. The site’s landscape features a mix of sandy flats interspersed with modest ledges and small crevices, suitable for easy navigation and relaxed underwater conditions.
