The site features sandy bottoms and occasional patches of seagrass, with moderately clear water most of the year. Expect mild currents, steady entry from the beach, and warm, clear visibility in good conditions. Marine life is modest and includes small reef fish, brackish-tolerant species, and occasional crabs or gobies near the shallows. This is more of a training or intro dive site than a destination site, ideal for practicing buoyancy, mask clearing, and safety drills close to the city. Access is straightforward from Jumeirah Beach, with nearby facilities and dive centers offering equipment rental and guided shore dives for certified divers.
