Zamboanguita

Guinsuan

Guinsuan is a coastal dive site near Zamboanguita and Dauin in the central Philippines. The area offers easy access from the nearby towns (roughly five to ten minutes by boat or a short surface interval from the coast). The site features typical Indonesian-Philippine island marine habitats with clear, warm waters and gentle to moderate currents, suitable for beginner to intermediate divers. Expect a sandy or reef-mandarin profile with small reef crests, seagrass beds, and a mix of coral formations. Common sightings include small reef fish, snappers, and occasionally larger pelagics when conditions allow. The site is generally calm in good sea states and is often combined with trips to nearby muck or reef sites in Dauin and the Dauin marine sanctuary area.
