Dead Palm

Dead Palm is a local dive site near Mabini, Philippines, offering shallow, easy access for beginners and a short boat ride from nearby towns. The site features a sloping sandy bottom with scattered coral heads and clusters of dead and dying palm fronds that rise from the seabed, giving the site its name. Common Western Pacific species such as reef fish, small snappers, parrotfish, butterflies, and occasional moray eels are seen around the coral patches and sandy patches near the palm remnants.
