Cala De Las Pots

Cala de las Pots is a coastal Mediterranean site near Palamós, Calonge i Sant Antoni and Platja d'Aro in Catalonia. This shallow to mid-depth site features rocky and sandy底 seabed with clear water typical of the western Mediterranean. Entry is from the shore or a small rocky ledge, with a gently sloping bottom and easy finning for beach and boat divers. Expect typical Western Mediterranean marine life such as groupers, wrasse, octopus and occasional moray eels, plus patches of posidonia seagrass along the slope. Visibility varies with currents and weather, usually best in calm conditions. The site offers a straightforward dive for beginners and those looking for a relaxed coastal dive close to popular tourist towns.
