Bec Du Nez

Bec Du Nez is a local dive site near St Martin and St Peter Port on Guernsey. This shallow site features gentle topography with sandy bottoms interspersed by rocky patches and small ledges. Access is straightforward from nearby shores, making it a convenient option for beginners and for short, 1–2 dive sessions. Typical visibility is moderate, with water temperature depending on season; common nearshore species include wrasse, blennies, gobies, seabass, and occasional shy rays along the seabed. The site is best suited to wall and reef-type dives with easy entries from the shore or small coves, and it provides a calm environment for practicing buoyancy and basic navigation.
