Ciego De Avila

Ciego de Ávila is a coastal province in central Cuba, facing the Caribbean Sea. Diving here is mainly saltwater, with sites typically reached from local ports and beach access points along the shoreline. Conditions are generally influenced by tropical currents and seasonal weather, with visibility and water temperature varying over the year. Marine life is the usual Caribbean mix, and divers may encounter reef-associated species on the more structured bottoms, alongside schools of smaller fish.
