Kowloon is an urban region in southern China with limited local diving tied to nearby coastal waters. The area itself is not a major dive destination, but the broader region along the South China Sea offers urban access, a handful of local dive centers, and opportunities for shore and boat dives from nearby hubs. Expect utilitarian dive sites, modest visibility at times, and divers typically visiting from Guangzhou or Hong Kong for day trips. For deeper or more varied diving, many divers travel to coastal Guangdong or Hainan for reefs and wrecks.
