Curitiba is inland in southern Brazil and not a coastal diving destination. The city serves as a regional hub with a few nearby freshwater diving options within driving distance, but the urban center itself has no direct sea access. Local diving activity is limited to short day trips to nearby quarries or lakes and some training facilities in the region. If you’re planning a dive trip, use Curitiba as a base to reach freshwater sites or to connect to larger coastal hubs in the state.
