Gard is an inland administrative region in southern France that sits near the Mediterranean coast. While it is not a primary diving hub, the area offers access to coastal and nearby offshore dive opportunities within easy reach from towns like Laudun-l’Ardoise, Sommières, and Uzès. The region’s dive scene is supplemented by a network of dive centers and coastal day trips toward the wider Occitanie coastline, with typical warm, temperate conditions in season and clear, polychromatic waters along the littoral.
