Praia Da Poça House Reef

Praia da Poça – House Reef is a shallow, easy-access shore dive near Parede, Cascais and Oeiras on the Estremadura coast. The site typically features a sandy/rocky bottom with calm conditions in good weather and mild currents. Expect warm, Atlantic water and visibility that can vary with tides. The reef-like structure supports common Algarve/Western Iberian marine life such as small wrasse, sea bream, gobies, octopus and cuttlefish during peak seasons. Entry is from the beach with a straightforward exit, making it suitable for beginner to intermediate divers. As a house reef, it is often used by local dive centers for practice and short dives, with good access for repeated visits and easy surface intervals.
