Point Cistern, Carriacou

Point Cistern is a beginner-friendly reef dive off Carriacou, lying in shallow coastal waters. The site features a gentle slope and scattered coral heads with a variety of hard and soft corals typical of Caribbean reefs. Expect clear visibility in calm conditions and a relaxed drift or fin-down sections along the reef edge. Common Caribbean species such as damselfish, parrotfish, wrasse, grunts, and occasionally reef sharks or sea fans may be seen around the ledges and swim-throughs. Access is straightforward from the nearby shore or boat, making this a suitable option for introductory trips or a quick, relaxed dive between longer itineraries.
