Petit Malendure

Petit Malendure is a coastal dive site located near Bouillante on Basse-Trière caldera. The area features a shallow fringing reef and clear Caribbean waters. Expect sandy bottoms transitioning to coral gardens with abundant reef fish and occasional moray eels. Access is straightforward from local shore or small boats, with typical depths ranging from a few meters to around 20 meters. The site is commonly used for introductory dives and training as well as recreational dives for those exploring the area. Nearby towns such as Bouillante, Pointe-Noire and Vieux-Habitants provide access points and services for divers, with multiple dive centers operating in the region.
