Las Terrazas

Las Terrazas is a local Mediterranean dive site near the coast north of Barcelona. Access is straightforward from nearby towns, with shallow entry points and a gentle, reef-like topography typical of the Catalan coast. The site is used by local divers for training and casual recreational dives, often within calm sea conditions. Expect relaxed currents and clear water in good visibility, with typical Western Mediterranean life such as groupers, octopus, wrasse and eels around rocky ledges and posidonia meadows. The site offers varied depths suitable for beginner to intermediate divers and serves as a convenient option close to Sant Andreu de Llavaneres, Sant Vicenç de Montalt and Caldes d’Estrac.
