Dominica is a small Caribbean island where scuba diving is mainly based along the volcanic coastline in the Caribbean Sea (and the North Atlantic side). Most dives are shore-based or short boat trips to reef shelves, volcanic rock, and occasional drop-offs, with conditions that can vary with the weather.
