Minsk

Minsk is the capital and largest city of Belarus, located inland in the central part of the country. It is not a coastal dive destination. Diving activity is extremely limited around the city; nearby options would be scarce and mostly involve indoor training at local dive centers or isolated freshwater quarry experiences outside the city. Given the inland setting and low diving relevance, the city functions primarily as a travel hub with access to regional activities rather than a base for destination diving.
