Mashonaland West Province

Mashonaland West Province is an inland administrative region in Zimbabwe. The region has no direct access to saltwater diving and is better known for its terrestrial landscapes rather than dive sites. Nearby cities such as Mutorashanga and, conceptually, provincial centers can serve as bases for inland exploration; diving opportunities within the province are limited, and any freshwater diving would be local, highly constrained and not characteristic of the region as a dive destination. For divers planning a trip, focus is on cultural and natural attractions rather than offshore reef or wreck experiences.
