Kiwengwa

Kiwengwa is a coastal village on the island of Zanzibar, part of Tanzania. While not a major mainland diving hub, the area has access to the Zanzibar archipelago’s nearshore reefs and local dive centers that offer reef-diving for visitors staying in the area. Given the small number of centers and sites, expect straightforward reef dives suitable for beginners and casual divers, with typical tropical Indian Ocean visibility and warm water. Freshwater options are not applicable here.
