Sarnen is a landlocked town in the Swiss canton of Obwalden. There is no local sea or ocean access, and diving activity in the city itself is not a primary draw. Nearby freshwater options are limited to the surrounding lakes rather than major dive sites; the Maas River listed is not in Switzerland and does not provide local diving access.
