Songjeong Ri

Songjeong-ri is a coastal area in Gyeongsangnam-do, South Korea, near the southeastern coast. The city itself is not a major diving hub, and nearby diving opportunities are limited. With a couple of documented dive sites and a small number of centers in the broader region, practical diving access usually comes from day trips to nearby coastal sites or marine parks. Conditions along this part of Korea are influenced by seasonal currents, with temperate water and clearer visibility in calmer periods. For divers, the area is more of a gateway to regional Korean dive sites rather than a premier destination in its own right.
