Samal

Samal sits on the island of Mindanao in the Philippines and is known more as a coastal resort area than a major diving hub. The nearby dive sites are spread across coral reefs, walls, and dolphins-friendly areas around Samal Island and Pangasian Island, with local centers offering guided shore and boat dives.
