Ngermid is a coastal locality on Koror Island in Palau. While Palau is renowned for world-class diving, Ngermid itself is not a major diving hub; the nearby Koror area offers the majority of dive centers and access to celebrated Palauan reefs, sheltered bays, and drop-offs in the Philippine Sea. For divers, the best approach is to stay in Koror or nearby sites and use Ngermid as a gateway point or local access area. Expect calm tropical conditions, clear water, and a mix of reef environments typical of Palau, with access to world-famous sites a short boat ride away.
