Larkollen

Larkollen is a coastal village in Østfold, Norway, facing the Skagerrak in the North Atlantic. It’s not a major diving hub, and the surrounding area offers limited accessible dive sites compared with Norway’s top fjord and dive destinations. For divers visiting, the scene is mostly about local shore access, small boat outings, and nearby cold-water epipelagic and reef-like habitats along the Skagerrak coast.
