Ōtaki

Ōtaki is a small town on the Kāpiti Coast in the Wellington region of New Zealand. It is not a major diving hub and there are no local dive sites or centers in the town itself. The area is better known for rural scenery and coastlines rather than easy access to offshore wrecks or reefs. Nearby diving opportunities would be accessed through broader Wellington coastal areas or day trips from larger centers, but within Ōtaki proper there is limited diving relevance. For divers visiting the region, plan to travel to nearby coastal towns with established dive centers and sites along the South Pacific coast.
