Windhoek

Windhoek is the capital city of Namibia and sits inland at the country’s central high plateau. It is not a coastal diving destination, and there are no local seawater dive sites. Nearby freshwater diving options exist outside the city in other regions, but within Windhoek itself diving activity is limited to training and skill development at local centers. If you’re visiting for business or culture, you can plan day trips to suitable freshwater sites or combine the trip with more aquatic destinations in Namibia.
