Tosashimizu

Tosashimizu is a city on Shikoku’s southwest coast in Kochi Prefecture, Japan. It is a small coastal town with access to the Pacific Ocean and nearby fishing harbours. There aren’t notable dive sites right in the city, and the local diving scene is modest; most divers visit coastal spots within travel radius for shore dives or short boat trips. Given its coastal setting, practical access to diving can be weather- and tide-dependent, with water typically temperate and visibility variable. For dedicated dive trips, travelers usually plan to stay in larger nearby hubs or arrange day trips from local centers along Shikoku or Kochi’s coastal towns.
